BUTIK currently only ships to USA. We hope to ship to more countries as we grow.

We begin preparing your order shortly after it is placed and we cannot therefore guarantee that a change or cancellation can be made once your order is confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing an order to inquire about making a change.

We accept all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Venmo and Paypal.

We do offer gift wrapping on select items. Please email info@butikmoderngeneral.com after you have placed an order to arrange for wrapping and personal note.

shipping + returns

We currently ship to USA only. Please refer to your shipping and returns policy for more details.

Once we receive your order, we will package it and send you a shipment email with tracking information.

Your order will be packaged and shipped from our warehouse in New York.

We strive to be as eco-friendly as possible and to limit waste we will upcycle packaging we have received from partners. We hope you'll do the same.

If you live in Pelham NY, we do offer free delivery. Simply indicate your delivery preference during checkout and we will get in touch to coordinate delivery or pickup at your convenience.

We do not have a physical store or showroom now. We might in the future. If you are local to Pelham and would like to see a product before buying, we can arrange a private showing. Email ys@butikmoderngeneral.com to schedule.

We carefully curate the products you see on the site. We prioritize products that are sustainable, locally made, small batch, ethically sourced, support causes we believe make the world better and great quality. For our antique and vintage selection, we follow auctions, pick up items on our travels, and visit local markets.
