Refund policy

We accept returns of all eligible items within 14 days of the delivery date.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@butikmoderngeneral.com with your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and reason(s) for return request. We will then send you a return label. Returns sent without our return label cannot be guaranteed.

We do not offer free shipping on returns unless the product arrives damaged or the wrong item(s) is shipped to you. Please be sure to contact info@butikmoderngeneral.com to advise of any damages or wrong items received.

All shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund will be applied on original form of payment within 14 days of receipt of item(s) to us.

We do not offer Exchanges. Should you wish to receive an exchange of product, please initiate a return and place a new online order.

Local customers can arrange for local returns via pick up or drop off in Pelham NY.

Please note: Items must be in new or original condition for vintage and antique items with any applicable tags and original packaging intact in order to be accepted for a refund. We reserve the right to reject your return should the item not meet these requirements, and it will be returned to you at your expense.
